General Manager
The World W.R.A.P.P. plan was conceived and designed to attract and retain the best people in the industry. The type of individuals who will do “Whatever it takes” to please our guests. People who will create an environment within our restaurants where guests are treated with the highest respect which creates a desire to return again and again. In addition we are seeking managers who will create a fun, fair environment where staff enjoy their jobs, find satisfaction in their work and discover opportunity to grow and develop within the company.
Profit Sharing
To do this we believed the best way was to share in the PROFITS… Not yearly or quarterly but monthly, each and every period, based on the performance of our managers to their agreed upon PROFIT budgets. These profits are also shared with our assistant managers.
Extra Rewards
In addition we believe that managers who perform should be rewarded in other ways..like extra personal time off. That’s right, if you receive an “exceeds standard” on your mid year performance review you will receive an extra week of vacation! We call it. Work hard, Play hard!
